Fight dehydration. Here's how!

The dog days of summer are almost upon us. And if you're out riding for base-miles, tempo, whatever and sweating, you need to monitor you loss of fluids.

Dehydration can be lethal so be sure to get in the habit of weighing yourself before the ride and after. You can count on a pint of water you need to down after the ride, for every pound lost.
I weighed 181 lbs before I pushed off for this ride. 

As you can see by the photo, I lost 4 lbs during the 3 hour ride. This was even after consuming 2.5 Cliff Bars, 2 bananas  and 4 water bottles- two of which had +Skratch Labs Pineapples mixed in them.
