I have an inkling that Starbucks is doing good job with aligning their customer service model with McDonalds. Not that I patron the fast good giant for anything other than restroom breaks while in the road...it seems the workers are more about quantity over quality. The why or how of the product is their farthest from their minds as best represented by push button espresso extraction, mixed with inconsistent drink flavors on the taste buds. But yet I still return due to my mom's overwhelming need to supply me with an annual gift card from there. Thanks mom!
